The Charleston Jewish Federation Pomegranate Society invites you join us for a special gathering to learn more about how your support secures, builds and sustains Jewish life in the greater Charleston area, Israel and around the world.
We warmly invite all women seeking a philanthropic connection to Jewish life and a chance to positively impact our community to join the Pomegranate Society with an annual gift of $1,800 or more in her name to the Charleston Jewish Community Campaign.
Members of the Pomegranate Society join over 7,000 women from more than 125 Jewish communities across North America who share a dedication to supporting Jewish life. A beautiful Pomegranate pin is gifted to donors at this level. Pomegranates are celebrated at special appreciation events and gatherings throughout the year.
The pomegranate is one of the oldest symbols in Jewish art and ritual. Said to contain 613 seeds, one for each of the mitzvot, or commandments, found in the Torah, the pomegranate pin reminds us of the Jewish lives we impact every day.
