The House of Representatives still is considering bringing an amended version of the American Health Care Act of 2017 to the floor for a vote later this week. Here is the letter JFNA issued yesterday opposing the legislation and asking members of Congress to work with us, in tandem with our Jewish communal health and long-term care providers, to promote more targeted ways to reduce Medicaid spending and develop a new framework of policies to improve Medicaid quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
