About the Educators:

Rabbi Aaron Goldscheider served for twenty years in pulpits in Florida and New
York, before his aliyah to Israel in 2012. He is author of two books: ‘The Light That
Unites‘ which focuses on Chanukah, and ‘The Night That Unites Haggadah’ (Urim
Press and Yediot Achronot Press) which highlights the teachings of
Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik, Rabbi Isaac HaKohen Kook and Rabbi Shlomo
Carlebach on the Passover Seder. He is also the founding director of the “In Our
Hearts Project” which is dedicated to being a resource in the Jewish community for
families that have experienced the loss of a child.

Barak Malichi is a professional guitarist and bassist. He has worked in music and
informal education since the army, with organizations such as Birthright and “NFTY
Israel”, where he worked with Americans in Poland, Prague and Israel, strengthening
their ties to Jusdaism and to Israel. He worked as songleader for the Jewish Agency.
He also works for the organization Acharai. After the army Malichi decided to enter
the world of music and learn musical production. He studied at the BPM College in
Tel Aviv and set up his own recording studio in his home. Due to his expertise and
experience the college asked Malachi to come back and teach. Today Malachi writes
and produces music and records various artists, as well as teaches guitar.

Oren Sapir is a tri-lingual (Hebrew-English-Spanish) guide at numerous
archaeological sites of Jerusalem. For more than ten years he has been following the
new discoveries in the city and passing exciting new revelations to the tours and
groups he leads. He also leads educational tours for teachers and guides throughout
excavation sites including the City of David, located just outside Jerusalem’s Old
City. Oren has a B. A. in education and land of Israel studies, is a licensed tour guide
by the Ministry of Tourism and is completing his studies for a master’s degree in
Jewish history.
